Refund & Returns Policy – Wave Bandit
At Wave Bandit, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your surfboard purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and refund process to ensure a hassle-free experience.
1. Returns Process
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. To return an item, please ensure that it is unused, in its original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
2. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected, and if eligible, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
3. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your surfboard for a different size or model, please follow the returns process and place a new order for the item you wish to receive. We’ll do our best to assist you in finding the perfect board.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
In the unlikely event that your surfboard arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a return or exchange at no additional cost to you.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Due to health and safety regulations, some products, such as wetsuits and other personal gear, may not be eligible for return or exchange. Please check product descriptions for details before purchasing.
